Estensione - Storage of custom reservation documents

When this extension is installed, administrators can upload and manage documents associated with reservations, such as signed contracts, payment confirmations, identification documents, or other reservation-related files.

Customers can also be given the ability to upload documents during or after the reservation process. Document uploads can be optional or required before the customer proceeds to the next step, including payment.

The extension makes it possible to track uploaded documents, display them in reservation details, include links to them in templates and notifications, send reminders when documents are missing, and even automatically cancel reservations if required documents have not been provided.

Additionally, administrators can receive notifications when a customer uploads a document, and automated actions can be triggered based on document uploads, allowing documents to become an integrated part of your reservation workflow.

Download version

In order to use the download version you will need to create your own Amazon S3 account. You can read more and sign up at http://aws.amazon.com/s3/. Your account will be then used for all uploaded documents, none will be kept on our servers. Of course you will need to pay for your S3 account to Amazon. We will take no extra fees for this.

Advantages of the download version:

If you're concerned about the security of your data then you may prefer to choose this version because it's your own Amazon account that will host your files. You pay only once and can use the extension for as long as you like without additional fees from Planyo.
